A Cyber Crime Help & Awareness Association non-profit organization that aids cyber crime and fraud victims. They offer guidance and consultation regarding the steps a victim must take to settle an issue in addition to teaching victims how to avoid future cyber crimes and scams.

The Goal

Develop a website that showcases all the measures to be taken to protect one-self from cyber scams and frauds. Detailed guidelines for fighting against cyber crime and reporting the same with forms and instructions on everything documented. We decided on a minimal theme that incorporates their colors and basic SEO to appear at the top of relevant search results as well as when someone searches for their company name. With so much to take into account and multiple back and forths with the client, we sought to deliver and meet our client’s expectations.

Our Approach

We finished the website just in time for the launch and during the site discovery phase, we took into account multiple aspects of the content provided that needed to be showcased on the website. The goal is to conduct research, establish goals, validate assumptions, and define requirements in order to create a refined plan for the development process. Using the knowledge gained from the sessions, and the back and forths with our client, our web development experts listed the required Features and Functionality (F&F) that need to be implemented on the website for visitors to interact with. We began by constructing the website’s layout and creating multiple sections to accommodate the content and methods for victims to seek help from the Cyber Crime Suraksha Help Association. We created the designs as per their team's instructions and developed the necessary features for the website and applied them to the Backend and Frontend development.

Results

With this, the website was finally complete and launched with great success. Their team was very pleased with the website’s structure and the features implemented to accustom visitors and provide them with enough options to get in touch with the Cyber Crime Suraksha Help Team.
