Enventra is a full-service wedding and event planning company dedicated to once-in-a-lifetime celebrations and provides services from event planners, suppliers, venues, and more.

The Goal

The Enventra team sought a technological and creative partner to assist them in developing a website to present their service offerings to prospective clients with a modern UI and basic SEO. They also want to run lead generation campaigns, or PPC advertisements, for quality targeted leads.

Our Approach

The Enventra team emphasised that the website's user interface should be contemporary. As the wedding season in India was about to commence, they requested that the website be completed within a predetermined time range. In light of this, we produced a wireframe to demonstrate the website's layout and complete the user interface. We constructed the website using a dependable platform for both the webpage and the administrative portal. According to their team's directions, we generated the designs and implemented them in the Backend and Frontend construction of the website.

As Google was fixing the spelling at the time of the search, we launched the basic SEO of the website in order for it to appear in the top five results whenever users search for a similar name. With the commencement of wedding season in India, we launched their lead generation advertisements the first week.

Results

The Enventra staff and their customers liked the website's user interface. And their user spending time increased by 46% as compared to their prior website analytics. At the end of the first week, we had five of the ten expected leads for the month. Due to insufficient cash flow on their end, our client was unable to convert any of the highly targeted leads we sent them and was forced to suspend our service.
